Shipping Policy
How much is shipping?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the actual weight, dimensions, and delivery location of your specific order.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Typically, orders are received 3 – 5 business days from the date the order is fulfilled.
Due to the chemical nature of Watts Removal's products all items are only shipped as hazardous material via ground shipping. We do not offer any overnight or expedited shipping solutions at this time and with no exceptions. Because of this, we also cannot guarantee an exact arrival date.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & International Shipments – We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Internationally through our website.
Shipment Notification and Tracking
Once your order moves into fulfillment you may receive an email notification with your tracking number. We do our best to process orders on the same day or next business day for orders placed on a weekend, holiday or other busy times.
Depending on the size of your order you may receive multiple tracking numbers (one per package), be sure when you check your tracking status that you are checking each tracking number that you receive.
Once tracking is created and scanned by the carrier it can take 24-48 business hours for your tracking to update.
Delays can be expected and are out of our control during holidays, inclement weather or other times when shipping carriers are experiencing higher than normal volumes. In all instances, keep a close eye on your email for updates directly from the shipping carrier.
What happens if my order is delayed or lost?
When your order tracking indicates a delay or lack of movement, please contact the shipping carrier via the tracking link you received in your order confirmation email. Often the delayed updates are due to a missed scan by the carrier, and they will be able to track your package for you.
You can also file a claim if needed using the same link when a package is lost or never received. In all instances when a claim is filed we will not be able to issue any refunds or replacements until the claim has been processed and approved by the shipping carrier. Once the claim is submitted you will be provided with a claim number that will keep you up to date on the status. Please note that claims can take up to 60 days to resolve and close.
My package(s) was damaged:
If your order arrives in damaged condition, please email products@wattsremoval.com with your order number, photos of the package as well as the contents with focus on all damage that occurred. Additionally, please file a claim using the tracking link provided in your order confirmation email.
Missing items:
If you received your order but an item is missing, please email us at products@wattsremoval.com with your order number. It is also helpful to include a photo of the contents of your package as well as the packing slip you received to help us determine the omitted item(s) and work with you to issue a replacement or refund.
