Crossover®
Crossover® is a highly effective cleaning concentrate that removes algae, tiger striping, mildew, organic staining, chalking and oxidation as well as permanent markers which have impregnated or left a stain. Works great for cleaning decks, metal or vinyl siding and metal roofs.
What Surfaces can it be used on?
Crossover be used on multiple surfaces including:

How to use it:
Crossover® should be diluted 3:1 (3 parts water to one part product) and, once diluted, can be applied with a bucket & brush, garden sprayer, or through an injector using a pressure washer.
Simply spray or brush on, let it sit (dwell times vary with stain) then rinse.
Protect plants and landscaping by saturating with water.
Coverage capacity:
One gallon will clean approximately 300-500 square feet on non-porous surface. Coverage area will be considerably less working on porous surfaces.

This product was demonstrated to our company at Cochran Exteriors. I used it on a home that had a year old roof and gutters. We see the tiger stripes on all jobs in our area after 6 months to a year. I have tried multiple other things including pressure cleaning which doesn’t fully remove the tiger stripes. This product makes it very easy to remove. No scrubbing required. I did all the 1st story gutters in about 15 mins.
Had build-up of dirt/biological growth on 12-year old metal roof, as a result of yearly pine tree pollen that turns my bronze color metal roof yellow for three months in the spring. I mixed the Crossover in a ratio of 5 parts water/1 part product into my hand held pump sprayer, and sprayed the solution onto the areas that had the build-up dirt/biological growth: used three gallons of the mixed solution. When the mixed solution dries, you can walk on the areas sprayed, as the mixed solution in not slippery when dry. I then took a soft-bristle, 12-inch wide sweep brush and screwed it onto my extender pole, and a bucket of water to mechanically agitate the areas of the build-up of dirt/biological growth. The dirt/biological growth instantly melted away with minimal agitation - Like a Hot Knife cutting through Butter. I rinsed the panel down with water to remove the residue, and my roof panel looked like new. I went from roof panel to roof panel, working my way across the roof.- standing on the adjacent panel from the one that I was mechanical agitating with soft bristle brush. Excellent Product !!!
